Rapid identification and classification of s-UAS

What makes our counter-UAS capability unique

Atolla Tech is bringing a SWAP optimized lidar-based C-UAS solution that identifies UAS in a fraction of a second using the propeller electronic signature created by the sensor and analyzed by the ML algorithm. Atolla applies a waveform analysis in the time and frequency domain thereby requiring only a few data points to identify. This keeps processing times low while identifying with a higher fidelity.

This new solution solves the resolution and cost constraints of radar while extending the range and resolution of EO/IR during day or night while using smaller optics. It further meets the real-time requirements for identification since unlike commonly used mapping lidars that require building a 3D point cloud and applying image processing for identification.

What Makes our technology unique

The solution comprises of a scanner, an ML algorithm, and an insect species database which is used for detection, identification and count in the field. Our solution is unique in that it monitors for airborne insects day or night, sends alerts with geolocation in real-time and provides an automated and full assessment of the field. Furthermore, we are able to not only provide pest alerts, but are also able to monitor biodiversity of pollinators and predatory insects.
